This is the only two-story cabin in the park with a bedroom on the main floor — you never have to climb stairs to go to bed. The entire upper level is one open loft, currently outfitted with beds for six kids.

That loft is the flexible part of the cabin. Leave it as bunk space, close it in as a second bedroom, or turn it into an office or a sitting area overlooking the main floor. Built-in storage runs down both sides of the loft, the length of the cabin.

The 600 sq ft porch is nearly as much living space as the smaller cabin has inside — room for a full outdoor dining set, seating, and still have space left over.

Smaller than Lot 336, but not a stripped-down cabin. It's one open room from end to end under a vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling, with a full kitchen — gas range, stainless appliances, island with seating — a fireplace in the living area, and enough natural light through it that 600 square feet doesn't feel like 600 square feet.

The bedroom is separate and has a real closet. The bath has a tiled walk-in shower and a granite vanity. Outside, the covered porch runs along the side with a drop-down shade screen, and the lot is finished with rock and native landscaping.
